Instruction Set & Usability Memo

This instruction set informs freshmen college students on how to properly communicate with their Anatomy and Physiology professor through e-mail, along with testing its effectiveness through a Usability Test Protocol. While writing this piece, I developed the skill to adjust the language and tone of the document accordingly to its target audience in order to make it comprehendible.
